  • Presently more than 40 distinctly different varieties of avocados, some unique to this company, are collected & developed.

  • By years of experience & carefully designed experiments a graft-take enhancing technique is being developed, having huge applications in other horticultural areas as well as in avocado plant production.

  • Original varieties of avocado, bred for specific purposes, such as oil extraction are under development. e.g.  We have a number of varieties producing at least 10% more oil than the Hass variety.

  • Several "native" resistant rootstock varieties, showing promising characteristics, are also under R&D.

Consultancy services on feasibility studies, orchard design, supplying plants and setting up of orchards, as well as orchard maintenance services are an integral part of AvoPro. The exciting High Density Planting -HDP- is recommended

Overseas clients are also served & plants are exported on a bulk basis.

Applying fine expertise to practice, young avocado plants are raised, fruiting in 1.5 years or less! This is the more energizing, once it becomes clear that the majority imagine avocados take 5- 7 years to yield!
